Pickled Watermelon Rind ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Pickled Watermelon Rind website or through our services, please notify our designated DMCA Agent as set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement, you must be the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Your notice must be in writing and include the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Pickled Watermelon Rind was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
